You have a lot to look forward to. You probably want to know about your options, ask questions, and get started on the best path towards your baby’s birth. Preparing for a third trimester class gives you information about prenatal tests, maternity options, discomforts, signs of labor and more. I welcome you to come and meet other women who are on the same path as you and learn together. Making the decision to learn ahead of time and know your options is one of the best things you can do for you and your baby! Class description: *Understand your body’s changes, possible aches and challenges, how to prevent them, care options, third trimester prenatal test *Learn how you can get ready for labor, how a birth and postpartum doula will benefit you and your family, know the signs of preterm labor, how to communicate with your provider, what to add to your meals *Practice guided meditation, basic stretches, and self-assurance *Create a belly balm or belly oil to prevent stretchmarks *Share hopes and fears so we can all learn and explore *Embrace knowledge and make informative decisions about your health and birth Questions How long will the class be? Answer: 2.5 hours. What do I get to take home? Answer: You get to take home a happy belly salve OR a happy belly oil. How much does the class cost? Answer: $80.00. What is the class size? Answer: The class size is maximum five couples. Inquire for cost at your home. When should this class be taken? Answer: This class should be taken starting at 20 weeks pregnancy. Who should take this class? Answer: This class should be taken by expecting mothers interested in learning what to expect about the third trimester, and for those who want to know what to ask providers, and how to prepare for birth.
